Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
Eligibility Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. DVDs must be unopened to be eligible for a return.
How to Return To initiate a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and a brief note explaining the reason for the return. We'll reply within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, etc.).
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
