I make films about artists and their process. I also think a lot about how to make films without losing yourself in the process.

I give talks and lead workshops on documentary craft - the practical stuff (interviews, research, working with subjects) and the less obvious stuff (staying human, balancing art and commerce, building a sustainable practice).

I've spoken at the ICA, Rencontres d'Arles, RCA, and Fabrica.
